NOTIFICATION
Nоtіfу wіthіn 30 dауѕ
Wе ѕhоuld bе nоtіfіеd wіthіn 30 dауѕ оf rесеіvіng уоur dеlіvеrу. Returns withing 30days shall be accepted free.
This is from invoicing date, not from receiving date. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for all products returned. All returns will require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by us. Please email us at sales@plushland.com and state your invoice number and business name order to obtain a RMA number.
After you obtain the RMA number, please pack your return box and put your RMA number on a noticeable place outside of the shipping box. If you are shipping back more than one box, please mark RMA number on every box. If we cannot locate your RMA number on the box, we may not be able to refund your order correctly.

RETURN PROCESS
After you ship the return back to us, you should receive an email from us after 5 to 7 business days after the return is sent, confirming we received your return and we are in process of your refund. Please contact us if you do not get such email from us.
You will be refunded by merchandise credit only. No cash refunds.
